Karl H. Sodergren

Karl Sodergren is the owner, Principal Broker and Auctioneer for First Commerce - Real Estate & Auction. Mr. Sodergren first entered the Real Estate Industry as a broker in 1987. He is a member of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and the National Auctioneers Association. He is also a Licensed General Contractor and serves on the Executive Board of the Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee.

Mr Sodergren specializes in all aspects of Investments including personal, intellectual and real property. He assists other investors as well in the buy, sell, hold, improve strategy advocating the principal of "Highest and Best Use"; hence, earning him the title of "Asset Performance Specialist".

Karl Sodergren is a 1988 graduate of the University of Alabama's Culverhouse School of Commerce with a degree in Real Estate Finance.

Wendy Cuthbertson

Wendy Cuthbertson is an Affiliate Broker with First Commerce - Real Estate. She is a member of the Board of Realtors, an Attorney and part owner of Cuthbertson Construction, LLC along with her husband Rob Cuthbertson. Cuthbertson Construction, LLC is a member of the Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee and specializes in New Construction of stylish homes, as well as the restoration of homes and businesses that have suffered damage from a fire, flood or extreme weather.

Wendy is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from the Marriott School of Management.

Tammy Parham

Tammy Parham is an Affiliate Broker of ChattanoogaNewHomes.com and the Executive Assistant to the Principal Broker and Auctioneer for First Commerce - Real Estate and Auction.

Originally from Memphis, TN where she began her real estate career, she relocated to Chattanooga, TN in 1999 to pursue opportunities using her talents in business and real estate. In addition to the above, she presently manages an office and Multi Million dollar Investment Property accounts. Ms. Parham is well versed in all facets of the real estate industry.
